ROUTING CARRIER GUIDE

Overview

This guide will assist you in shipping merchandise to Lord & Taylor. As changes are made, they will be posted by the 15th of the month and effective the 1st of the following month. Failure to follow any of these instructions, unless authorized in advance by the traffic department, can result in a chargeback. Please email Lord & Taylor with questions at Traffic.LT@lordandtaylor.com.

This guide supersedes any previous guide, verbal instruction or instructions on a Purchase Order. If you have any questions as to which instructions to follow, contact Lord & Taylor's Transportation Department prior to shipping.
